HELP

I am so tired of my blog design.....unfortunately I am in no way computer savvy. It's sad, especially in this day and age, with all the technology that I grew up with, that I am so.....dumb when it comes to working the digital. Yet another reason why I should've been born a good 90 years earlier. I'm desperately looking for somewhere that A) AFFORDABLE and B) pretty! Military would be preferable, because well, who doesn't want to support a sister milspouse? I know I'm not yet, but soon right? So, I'm asking, begging, and pleading: Do you know of anyone who is affordable and good at doing blogger design stuff? If so, tell me! Send them my way, send me their way, PLEASE! :D
